Kennedy Jordan Manor is designed to offer affordable, senior housing.

The UJAMAA team was selected by KJM, Inc. to provide design-assist construction services for their new four-story 70 unit senior housing building located on the Southside of Chicago. The precast-concrete constructed building consists of eight studio and 62 one-bedroom, units featuring generous window lines, Energy Star appliances, sustainable white TPO roof, and green roof.

UJAMAA also completed the associated site work, site infrastructure, landscaping, natural vegetative park, and a grass pave parking area to the buildings west.

The construction professionals from UJAMAA will self-perform the carpentry and general labor trades on this 62,375 sf affordable, multi-family housing assignment.
