UJAMAA was been selected by 3 Diamond Development to provide the construction services for their new three-story 63 unit senior housing building located in Oswego Illinois. Diamond Suites Phase II is designed to offer affordable, senior housing.

The building sits on 2.76 acres and consists of thirteen one bedroom and 50 two-bedroom, units featuring generous window lines, Energy Star appliances, sustainable white TPO roof. UJAMAA also completed the associated site work, storm detention system, landscaping, parking for 99 cars, and a natural vegetative park.

The construction professionals from UJAMAA self-performed the trim carpentry and general labor trades on this 65,809 sf, multi-family senior housing assignment.
