S-9 AHU Replacement: Replacement of an air handling unit, demolish of existing penthouse, construction of new mechanical room, new mechanical duct and piping, controls, roofing work, new electrical conduit and piping, and patching and painting .

Southeast Penthouse AHU Replacement: Replacement of two air handling units along with installation of new exhaust fans, mechanical duct and piping, penthouse louvers, and door and ceiling replacement.

Hyperbaric Facility Renovation: Complete renovation of an existing retail facility into a new hyperbaric facility inclusive of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler system upgrades.
