UJAMAA was approved as the  ͞Preferred Contractor in the Advocate Health Systems program as a General Contractor in 2007. Since that time UJAMAA has completed multiple renovation projects of varying sensitivity and difficulty. See some of our completed projects for the Dreyer Clinic below.

X-Ray Relocation: Relocate X-Room from lower level to the main level with new GE Proteus Equipment furnished by Owner, coordinated byUJAMAA

ADA Ramp Upgrades: Site Modifications to bring an existing ramp to meet ADA Handicap Standards, includes regrading of concrete and asphalt surfaces as well as interior entry remodel.

Internal Medicine Remodel: Remodel of the internal medicine department including flooring, wall finishes, room layout, and enhancement of telecommunications and data systems.

PACS Radiology Upgrade: Electrical and Tele/Data Upgrades for new digital X-Ray Equipment along with the conversion of the existing dark rooms to usable office space.

Physical Therapy Renovation: Finish upgrades to an existing file storage room in order to create an expanded Physical Therapy Suite, including ADA Accessibility Upgrades, Flooring, and Wall Finishes.

Parking Lot Addition – Phase I: Construction of the Phase I expansion of an existing facility parking lot. The approximate 42,000 square foot parking lot (68 spaces) includes demolition, site preparation, site utilities, site lighting, asphalt paving, and landscaping.
