UJAMAA completed a number of projects for Advocate Condell Medical Facility, including:

 The Vernon Hills Outpatient Facility renovation involved the upgrade of 4250sqft existing flooring and paint finishes to an existing and active facility. The work was phased and coordinated around the facility schedule and concluded on budget and within schedule.

The Buffalo Grove Outpatient Facility renovation involved the upgrade of 5750 sqft existing flooring and paint finishes to an existing and active facility. The work was phased and coordinated around the facility schedule and concluded on budget and within schedule.

The Round Lake Outpatient Facility renovation involved the upgrade of 6750 sqft existing flooring and paint finishes to an existing, including the Waiting Room, exam rooms, Nurse Stations, and Bathroom facility. The work was phased and coordinated around the facility schedule and concluded on budget and within schedule.

The Gurnee Outpatient Facility renovation involved the upgrade of 4850 sqft existing flooring and paint finish to an existing, including the Waiting Room, exam rooms, Nurse Stations, and Bathroom facility.
