UJAMAA provided design/build services for the new Fifth Third Bank location within Marshfield Plaza in Chicago’s Morgan Park neighborhood. This new financial center was constructed with a steel and masonry exterior that complements the aesthetic of the neighboring retailers. The interior scope consisted of an attractive lobby area, numerous teller counters, private offices and secure transaction areas. UJAMAA also completed the site work, surface parking lot, landscaping and the drive-through lanes. The UJAMAA project team self-performed the carpentry on this commercial assignment.
