UJAMAA provided general construction services for the Chase Bank located in Chicago’s Chatham neighborhood. The new financial center was constructed with an exterior cladding system to include masonry, cast stone and a metal tee-panel system. The interior scope features a spacious lobby, numerous teller counters, conference rooms and private office spaces. UJAMAA also completed the site work, surface parking lots, landscaping and the detached drive through lanes along with the required pneumatic tubing. The construction professionals from UJAMAA self-performed the rough and finish carpentry.
