UJAMAA provided the general construction services, in conjunction with joint venture partner, Clune Construction, for the new 2,500sf Bank of America located in Chicago’s Chatham neighborhood. The facility incorporated numerous sustainable features including low VOC finishes, high efficiency mechanical, electrical and water retention systems, a white TPO roof, efficient mechanical, electrical and water retention systems, and native landscaping. This new financial center was constructed with a masonry veneer exterior with complementing punched window openings. The interior scope adopted an open floor plan and consisted of a spacious lobby, numerous teller counters and private offices. UJAMAA also completed the associated site work, surface parking lot and the drive through lanes.
