Since being selected as a JOC Contract in 2011, UJAMAA Construction has completed several parking lot restoration and site improvement projects at for the City College of Chicago. UJAMAA completed several parking lot re-surfacing and repairs for the many campuses of the City Colleges. The work include wet utility underground repairs, new sidewalks, replacement of parking lot lights with LED Fixtures and poles among many other renovations. These projects were completed in the phase and during the summer breaks.
